INFORMATIVE ACCORDING
TO THE LAW D. LGS. 196/2003
We inform, according to the law Art. 13 D lgs. 196/2003
that the given personal data, enclosed therein the
ones relevant to your picture (photo or movie),
will be used to: elaborate studies and market statistical
researches; send advertisement and informative material;
carry out direct or indirect activities; make trading
communications in a broad sense of products and
services of Seapassion s.a.s. (manager of the
Marina DI CAMPO DIVING mark) and/or societies
with who the Seapassion s.a.s. have stipulated
agreements. The data will be treated in electronic
form and will be kept as paper support and could
be communicated to third people for the uses above
reported. Please take note that the holder of the
treatment is Seapassion s.a.s.; the treatment
responsible is Matteo Borroni, according to the
law Art. 7 D. Lgs 196/2003, you have the followings
rights: know the existence of data treatments that
can regard you and obtain the communication; be
informed about the holder and/or responsible and/ore
the designate responsible identity data, about the
data origin about the aims and the treatment conditions,
about the applied logic for the treatment by electronic
instruments, about the subjects to who the data
would be communicate or that however could know
it; obtain the update, the correction, integration,
the cancellation, the transformation in an anonymous
way or the block of the illegal data treatment;
obtain the certificate expected from the D. Lgs.
196/2003, (Art. 7, III co., lett. c) oppose you,
for legitimate reasons, to your personal data treatment,
oppose you, at all or in part, to the data treatment
for the advertisement material mailing or for direct
selling that is for the trade researches or trading
communication fulfilment. Signing here below, I
declare of having looked over the privacy informative
and, in relation to the given personal data, I give
the permission to the use of the same data so as
above described, authorizing the treatment according
to the law D. Lgs. 196/2003.
