INTERNAL REGULATIONS

• The Marina di Campo Diving Boat is a public mark managed by the society Full-Immersion s.a.s.
• The Marina di Campo Diving Boat enjoys a registered mark, so the partial and total reproduction or the partial and total use is forbidden without the written consent of Full-Immersion s.a.s.
• All the material contained in the advertising means is property of Marina di Capo Diving Boat and the reproduction and the also partial use without written authorization from Full-Immersion s.a.s. is forbidden
• The Diving Centre, understood as reception office, depot, changing room, rinse area and any other place managed from Full-Immersion s.a.s. is part of the so defined “commune places”, so it’s regular or occasional clients’ duty have the full respect and care of this area.
• The Full-Immersion s.a.s. isn’t responsible for thefts in its locals or on board of its boats or in any other places managed by it. So all the material left and deposited form the clients, don’t create any problem or management duty or supervision of the society.
• All the rented material is in perfect state of use and conservation, in case of partial or total breaking, it will consent and give the right to the Full-Immersion s.a.s. of asking for the compensation of the damaged piece or the possible reparation cost necessary for the restoration. This refund will ask to the one that has signed the responsibility discharge at the rent moment.
• All the rent material is and remains property of Full-Immersion s.a.s.
• The Full-Immersion s.a.s. isn’t responsible for assurances stipulated for damages to people or to things during the activities execution or inside its places used for the same activity execution.
• The client can demand stipulate a facultative and temporary assurance for the course length, stipulated with DAN EUROPE.
• The clients that have their own DAN assurance or a similar one have to communicate to the Marina di Campo Diving Boat the assured number and the validity, so that we can communicate with the same assurances in case of assured irresponsibility. On the contrary the Marina di Campo Diving Boat couldn’t be considered responsible of possible costs for the operations and the treatments that aren’t covered by the compulsory professional insurances necessaries for your own activity development.
• It’s necessary to always follow the Marina di Campo Diving Boat and its staff decisions.
• Every personal enterprise, agreed as taken from the client or from the clients or from the staff members exonerates the Full-Immersion s.a.s. from any responsibility that in case of damage to its things due to this enterprise will ask for the repairing or total compensation.
• The Marina di Campo Diving Boat exonerates from the responsibility of atmospheric sudden changes and damages to people or things caused by it.
• According to this regulation and to the naval code the executive officer or the boats of Full-Immersion s.a.s. has the power to decide during the navigation and during the whole stay on board in any movement or non condition. His decisions will be observed from all the crew members and the clients.
• It’s Marina di Campo Diving Boat and its staff’s duty decide according to the marine weather conditions and other judgement indicators the diving site or the sudden change of it.
• In case of first aid the Marina di Campo Diving Boat and its staff are authorized to call the aids, that will intervene as soon as possible and according to the rescue possibilities. All the costs for the first aid and more will be paid by the injured.
• The price list reports the prices and the costs for the public included VAT.
• The price list is regularly exposed and can be seen by the public inside the Marina di Campo Diving Boat offices.
• The depots will be deducted from the final account presented to the client or to the referent responsible for the group.
• It’s discretion of Marina di Campo Diving Boat and of Full-Immersion s.a.s. the boat organization, the excursions times and the diving sites according to marine weather conditions. If it’s possible the demand from the clients will be supported. It’s only discretion of Marina di Campo Diving Boat and of Full-Immersion s.a.s. withdraw the excursions in case of bad marine weather conditions.
• Diving Guarantee: Guarantee conditions and terms can be consulted on the advertising material of Marina di Campo Diving Boat.
• The reservations will be confirmed by payment of a deposit equal to the 50% of the requested rate. In case of receding of the reservation for any cause bear witness to the following conditions: Until 60 days from the fixed date the 20% of the deposit will be reimburse; between 59 days and 15 days previous the fixed date the deposit will not be reimburse and nothing else will be due; from 14 days and 7 days previous the 80% of the amount of what reserved will have to be paid; between 6 days and the day before the service supplying the 100% of what you have reserved will be debited.
• It’s discretion of the Marina di Campo Diving Boat and of Full-Immersion s.a.s. evaluate the deposit restitution, evaluating every single circumstance, in case of lack of restitution a coupon will be released to use it in date to agree and according to the availability.
• In case of excursions cancellation because of bad marine weather conditions the deposits will not be returned, in that case the deposit will recouped and the services will be recycled in date to agree according to the availability.
• Services reservation in the same place without deposit: A penalty of 80% of the reserved service cost will be imposed to the client that doesn’t present himself at the programmed appointment and of 50% in case of notice for any kind of reason 24 hours before the services use.
• It’s faculty of the Marina di Campo Diving Boat and of Full-Immersion s.a.s. bring any sudden change to the public price list without having to give any communication or justification.
• The Marina di Campo Diving Boat and the Full-Immersion s.a.s. don’t have any responsibility of the delays and of the uneasiness deriving or causing by the external collaborators that don’t have a regular contract of continuative collaboration with the same Full-Immersion s.a.s.
• The Marina di Campo Diving Boat and the Full-Immersion s.a.s. exonerate without any responsibility or any engagement, of any kind, for uneasiness or problems rising from publication errors presented on the communication instruments and price lists
• It’s Marina di Campo Diving Boat and Full-Immersion s.a.s. right bring changes and variations to its communication means and price lists without giving any notice or communication.
• The account or the possible payment will be paid at the end of the enjoyed services only to people authorized to cash amounts for the Marina di Campo Diving Boat.
